Delete LifePilot data
LifePilot by PilotSuite LLC does not create a LifePilot account or keep a cloud copy of your journal. You can erase the journal on your device without contacting us.
Erase data on your phone
- Open LifePilot and unlock it.
- Open Settings, then choose Erase Local Data.
- Review the warning and confirm the erase action.
This removes LifePilot journal entries, attached images, reminders, settings, and encryption keys from that device. It cannot be undone. You can also delete individual journal entries in the app.
Other copies and subscriptions
Erasing local data does not delete backup files you saved, items you exported or shared, copies kept by their destinations, or an active subscription. Delete those files and shares where you saved them. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may keep purchase records as required for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Request help with provider data
Email pilotsuite.admin@pilotsuite.design with the subject “LifePilot data deletion request.” Tell us whether your request concerns AI processing or a purchase record. Do not send journal entries, your passphrase, or payment card information. If you know your anonymous purchase ID, include it so we can locate the right record. We will review the request and explain what we and our providers can delete and what must be retained.
Optional AI requests are processed through Vercel and OpenAI. PilotSuite does not keep a journal database on the relay or intentionally log AI request bodies. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring logs, including some request content, for up to 30 days by default. The relay keeps per-IP request counters for about 24 hours. Network logs and purchase records may follow provider retention and legal requirements; we cannot erase data held by another service just by deleting the app.
