LifePilot Terms of Use

Effective September 27, 2026

These terms apply to LifePilot, a journal app provided by PilotSuite LLC. By using LifePilot, you agree to these terms and the LifePilot Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app.

Your journal

You own the content you enter. LifePilot stores it on your device. You are responsible for keeping your passphrase and for making backups if you want them. PilotSuite cannot recover a lost passphrase or an unbacked-up journal. Use care when exporting or sharing entries.

AI and voice features

AI features can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Review generated text and redactions before relying on or sharing them. LifePilot is a journaling tool, not medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency advice. Do not rely on it for urgent help. The Privacy Policy explains when text or audio is sent for processing.

Subscriptions

The free journal remains available without a subscription. Premium provides the features shown in the app's subscription screen. The screen displays the current price and billing period supplied by Apple or Google before purchase. Payment is charged through the account for the store where you bought the subscription. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through that store before the current period ends. You can restore eligible purchases in the app. Billing, refunds, and subscription changes are handled through the relevant store. Prices and availability may vary by region and may change under that store's rules.

Acceptable use and availability

Use LifePilot lawfully and do not interfere with the app or its supporting services. Online features depend on network access and third-party services and may be unavailable at times. We may update the app and these terms, with the current terms posted here.
